"I wanted to write and let you know what a great time my husband Patrick and I had with Sheldon on our Grand Canyon day hike. It was a very hot day at the Canyon, but we were so excited about the opportunity to hike below the Rim. We spent four hours hiking down the South Kaibab trail and then back up. Sheldon was so knowledgeable and one of the most caring people I have ever met. It felt like such a great accomplishment  when we reached the top! I've done lots of hiking, but nothing compared to this trip, both in terms of difficulty and splendor! Please let Sheldon know that we had a wonderful day with him, and were incredibly impressed by the experience he provided for us. We're hoping to get back to the Canyon sometime soon for the Havasu Waterfall trip! Thanks again!"
